The Templateiki website products come under the CC Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International license (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0), permitting personal and non-commercial use. You must accept these conditions:- You may not remove the footer credits.
- You are prohibited from altering or modifying our products for resale.
- You must comply with all applicable laws regarding using our products in your country.
3. Free License
You are allowed to use our products at no charge with the free versions, but you must accept these conditions:- Altering and changing the footer and copyright area is prohibited.
- Support for free users will be restricted.
- There may be a slight delay in updates for the themes.
4. Premium License
This license allows you to utilize the template for personal purposes, not commercial use. You will also receive a non-transferable license key to verify access to future updates and technical assistance. You must accept these conditions:- You are prohibited from reselling our templates.
- You are forbidden from distributing our premium templates.
- You are not permitted to alter or redesign our templates.
5. Delivery
Our templates are sent directly to your email via our payment processor, Gumroad.com. Additionally, you will find a download button and a dashboard on the checkout page.6. Updates
To get a fresh and updated version of your template, log into your Gumroad dashboard account and navigate to the library section. Then, download the template file whenever you desire.7. Support
Our outstanding customer support is always ready to assist and help. We’ve integrated WhatsApp and Skype, similar to social media platforms, for seamless communication with our technical support team. Here are a few terms you must agree to:- Premium customer support is offered for 12 months.
- Technical support is provided for a lifetime.
- Customization assistance is available, but it comes with some limitations.
- There’s no support for free version templates.
8. Returns and Refunds
We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee for any technical issues we are unable to resolve. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. All requests are reviewed and processed according to our refund terms:- You can request a refund at any time within 30 days of purchase.
- The user will be notified by email for refund confirmation.
- Refunds will be credited within 30 days to your account.
- We will cancel your license key with no updates or support.
- You should stop using the product immediately after taking the refund.

9. Affiliate Terms
We provide a simple affiliate dashboard that enables users to promote our templates through our payment processor, Gumroad. To be accepted, please ensure you comply with the following conditions:- You must disclose the source of your traffic when advertising our products.
- Purchasing the template through your affiliate link is not permitted.
- Our payment gateway initiates payouts every Friday (except for the first weekend).
