1.1. What is Blogger.com?

The blogger platform allows you to publish your content easily so that you can share it with your audience. This is an online CMS platform that allows and provides various functionality and features. The blogger was discovered by Pyra Labs, but later, in 2003, it was owned by Google under a Private deal. The CEO of Blogger is Brett Wiltshire, along with the blogger team.

It is a combination of three languages, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, which is formatted with XML framework. The blogger theme allows you to create a professional-looking website.

1.3. Can I use Piki Themes in WordPress?

Sorry, our themes are only compatible with blogger.com. We are not working for any other platforms, such as WordPress or Wix.


2. License Questions

2.1. What is a license Key?

This Is a unique set of secure IDs that are used for checking your purchased premium products and providing you with technical support. The license key has no other use.

2.2. Where can I find my license key?

To obtain your license key, navigate to your Gumroad dashboard > Library > Products. Additionally, you will receive an email containing the license key upon purchasing a product.

2.3. Can I remove the footer credits in the free version?

You're not allowed to edit or hide our website link from the free version of the template footer. If there were any changes that you made to your website, then you will face DMCA copy at sanction through CC 3.0 attribution.

2.4. What is the difference between free and premium licenses?

The premium blogger themes provide you with every feature that we have designed for you, such as featured sections, shortcuts, plug-ins, buttons, and postcards, including 12 months of technical support and free lifetime template updates. While in the free version, you will not get a feature.

2.5. How do you activate the license key?

There is no need for activation of your blogger theme because the license key is only used for verification of your premium products and technical support.


3. Commons Issues

3.1. Why can’t I install or upload the template?

Our templates go through various checkups via team which works perfectly, you can directly upload or install the template. If you face an installation problem, then you can refer to the documentation page.

3.2. I have 10+ posts, but only five are showing on the homepage. Why?

+

If your blogger dashboard has 10+ posts, but your website only shows 2-3 posts, then this is a limitation of 1MB per post size by the blogger itself. To resolve this issue, you have to clear the junk data with “Text Formatting” or insert a jump break. The junk data is created by copying and pasting articles into a blogger or having too many HTML codes in the post.

Use Clear Text Format Mehtod
1: Go to Blogger > Open Posts.
2: Then Select all the text.
3: Tap on Clear Formatting Clear Formatting.
4: Done! Save the post.

Note: Your changes will be lost after applying “Clear Formatting” to your posts. To save your changes use our Notepad Editor Tool, read more about how this tool can help you.

Use Jump Page Break
1: Go to Blogger > Open Posts.
2: Then put the cursor below the first paragraph.
3: Then, Tap on Insert Jump Break Insert Jump Break.
4: Done! Save the post.

3.3. Why is the free version template automatically redirected to another website?

When you remove our website link from the free template footer, then your website is automatically redirected to our store. To stop this redirection, please reinsert our website link along with ID (e.g., id=‘templateiki’) or reinstall a new template file.


4. Support Questions

4.1. How do I get the new update for my template?

You will be notified by email to download the template file update rollout by our team. Further, there is a facility to log into your Gumroad dashboard to get the file.

4.2. Why are my ads not showing on your template?

+

The templates are well-tested on different ads, and they work perfectly. There is no issue with our themes that your ads are not showing. Sometimes, when we change the design, Google will take some time to show the ads again. Kindly allow some time and recheck the website from a different device.

4.3. Why are only 2 posts showing on the popular post gadget?

+

There is a limitation in Blogger: if you use their default “Popular Post” widget, then it will show only those posts that have enough views. You can get some new views to your posts or remove the “Popular Post” widget and use other custom featured post widgets with the help of documentation instructions.

4.4. How do we show category-wise posts on the homepage?

Every basic and advanced feature of the template has been explained very well in the documentation, visit the instruction page and check.


5. Payment Questions

5.1. Why template is not received after payment?

After successful payment tempered will be immediately received in your email, and you will also get a download page. Further, you can log in to your dashboard to get the file.

5.2. Why were my debit cards rejected on your website?

The payment Gateway (Gumroad.com) that we have used is well capable of handling different and multiple types of card payments from different countries. It's very unfortunate that your card is not working. You can take the help of your friends to use their cards.

5.3. How do I pay using other sources? (e.g. Crypto, Bank Transfer, Paypal, etc.)
